ruiyi and i went songkang's church today, and it was. really. wow. it's so different you know, seriously service and stuff. at altar call i started bawling and crying which was embarrassing on hindsight but i guess every one understood that...because there are moments like these when we think we are so strong, but it just takes that little bit to push us off the line, to become insignificant and weak.
it's one of the few times when His plans start to piece up together ,you know like clues to a puzzle He drops them one by one throughout the past 5 years, and today's just like the day when He drops the last piece of it and it made perfect sense. how He knows if it's an one-off thing i'll be so frightened that i'll run off, so He draws me close in baby steps. how He knows that I'm always scared of new environments, so He plants people that I know around me. if i'm a sheep i must be a stubborn and stumbling one that needs special attention cos it took so, so, long.
i can't believe how lovely/gracious/open my mom is! i thought she'll be displeased but she just like "oh ruiyi's going is it? hmm oh okay go lor" God's so amazing really, praise him with the..tambourines (okay this is totally random cos i'm in percussion, haha)
and really... that's where i'll stay and go, i wanted to church hop a bit and all, but no now. it's not about the church really, it's where God wants you to be.
and on a totally anyway note, PLEASE REVOTE FOR STJ CAN YOU BELIEVE TIAN TIAN HUO GUO IS RATED 2.9 ON HUNGRYGOWHERE?! like worst rating ever. REVOTE OR REVOLT
