oh yeh just to save all you homosapiens' computers, there's kind of like a virus going around in msn which goes in the form of a small compressed file and along with this message that says "here's a new pic of me" or "hey this is the photo i took a few days back, i think i look ugly." stuff like that. well, it can mysteriously pop up when you are in the midst of a conversation with a person AND IT CATCHES YOU UNAWARE. so either way ask before you accept a file.
