my mom was ironing clothes and omg there were sparks coming out from the iron! my iron isnt the pristinely white tefal kind but the old rickety almost antique kind which she got as her, well, wedding gift. -.- which explains why it went up in flames. and you can calculate/estimate the age of that iron (my brother is 21 i'm 15).
but...no prize for guessing correctly though haha.
and if you are wondering, no it didnt last so long, it was kept in some dark corner of the cupboard until she took it out to use when my brother went to army.
irons are such troublesome things. -sighs
anyway if you are interested in the state of the iron, the tip of the metal board thingy melted (yes seriously IT MELTED) cos of high voltage and live wires the physics jargon and stuff like that.
but the point of this post is to thank God that my computer didnt crash! (: 2nd time already from last year.
and maybe i can fabricate some excuses that cos my electricity supply got cut off i couldnt do my ss essay in the dark and hence resulted in my inability to hand it in. haha.
on a side note, CHOE AND I GOT THE SAME DRESS! ok not exactly the SAME dress, but same design different cloth. hopefully it's really different cloth (:
and i figured it might more beneficial to turn off my computer (now) dont be too sad to see a red man beside my nick.
